As Manager of Hedis, Mrs. Rojas manages gap closures for all Hedis Measures along with working closely with providers and local pharmacies to ensure adherence for the Part D Measure- Medication Adherence.

Prior to Just Well Health, Mrs. Rojas worked for Preferred Care Partners in the Quality Team, assisting in reaching the company goal of 4.5 Stars overall in Quality Measures.

Mrs. Rojas is a Graduate from Nova Southeastern University with a Master’s in Business Administration. She also has a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration from Barry University. In addition, Mrs. Rojas is a Certified Professional Coder.

As Manager of Risk Adjustment, Mr. Diaz-Rodriguez oversees Medical Risk Audits and Reviews to ensure proper submission and capture by Health Plans and CMS; and Provides Physician education to implement best practice strategies for clinical documentation.

Prior to Just Well Health, Mr. Diaz-Rodriguez was an MRA Analyst for Pasteur Medical. Mr. Diaz-Rodriguez conducted reviews and audits of medical charts as well as participated in prospective and retrospective MRA reviews.

A Graduate of University of Southern California School of Medicine, Dr. Girala completed his residency in Family Practice at USC-California Hospital Medical Center, as well as, Chief Resident. Dr. Girala has been practicing family medicine in South Florida for over 23 years.

Dr. Girala is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Physicians for Human Rights. Dr. Girala has also served as Chief of Staff at Mercy Hospital in South Florida.

As the Senior Business Analyst, Ricardo is responsible for meeting with all providers to discuss their performances and trajectories on a monthly basis. Ricardo also helped develop, implement and launch one of JustWell’s newest services for all patients, JustPT, in January of 2024. In addition, he oversees all in-house diagnostic services, which include x-ray’s, ultrasounds and our latest acquisition, a state-of-the-art CT scan.

Ricardo’s professional journey began when he graduated from Florida International University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business degree in Business Management and then furthered his education by earning a Master of Health Services Administration in 2019. When he is not working, Ricardo enjoys working out, going to the beach and movies and loves spending time with his family and friends.
